SO, JUST WHO IS JENNIE GALE, ANYWAY?

Jennie Gale is someone for whom good food has always been a passion. Having trained at
the prestigious Leith's School of Food and Wine, based in Kensington, Jennie remained in
London after she was hand-picked for a trainee position within Prue Leith's own outside
catering business
.

Whilst working at Leith's, Jennie regularly prepared food for some of the world's best known companies
and personalities. Following her time at Leith's and keen to develop her skills further, Jennie later accepted senior positions at by WORD OF MOUTH and Gastronomique - two of London's foremost
catering companies.

Two and a half years later, and keen to escape the turmoil of city life, Jennie accepted a six month
contract as personal cook to a British family with homes in Geneva and Verbier, Switzerland. On her
return to the UK, Jennie was contacted regarding 'an exciting opportunity as Principal Cook within a
large and well-known family home.'Jennie attended an interview and duly won the job. The large home,
it transpired, was Kensington Palace - and the well-known family? You know who.

Jennie enjoyed working for the Royal Family immensely, but after one year felt that the time was right
to launch her own catering business, and so in April 1990, Jennie Gale Good Food was born.

The rest, as they say, is history.
